Nightclub World in the 80’s in Queens, New York. An outright war for control of nightlife going on between the NYPD and the Russian Mafia. When the mafia begins to threaten the police force families, stepped up the war. NYPD puts up banners saying "We Own the Night" at police buildings’ facades and growing effort to combat the Mafia. A nightclub manager tries to save his brother, who is a police officer, escape the ruthless Russian mafia who are after his life.
